I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a working fireplace, giving a cozy feel. The staff was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to meet all our needs, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to all the main attractions, yet peaceful with no noise disturbances. However, the breakfast options were a bit limited, which was the only downside during my stay.

My stay at the Hacienda was simply wonderful. The rooms were spacious with beautifully decorated interiors, creating a unique ambiance that only the Hacienda can offer. I loved the cozy fireplace, balcony, and all the amenities like the mini bar, WiFi, and plush terry robes. The service was exceptional, especially the friendly shuttle drivers. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the attractions downtown. The dining experience, though acceptable, could use a bit more variety. Overall, a great value for a luxurious stay.
